/ Corporate Security
What it is. What it is not.
Corporate security is a hospitality role first, a security role second. The officer at your reception desk is the first person every client, every candidate, every board member meets when they walk into your headquarters. Ontario Security Services trains, uniforms and posts corporate officers who understand that reality — officers who greet, verify, protect and, when necessary, escalate with total composure.
From Bay Street towers in Toronto to tech campuses in Markham, Waterloo and Kitchener, from head offices in Mississauga to government-adjacent buildings in Ottawa, we deploy a corporate security program that fits the tenant experience your board demands. Access control, visitor pre-authorisation, mailroom screening, boardroom coverage, executive floor discretion, and after-hours lockdown protocols — every element is documented in a written post order and audited monthly by a Site Supervisor.
The Ontario corporate market is unforgiving. A single lapse at the front desk becomes a headline. A missed visitor sign-in becomes an insurance file. Our corporate officers are recruited for temperament, trained for compliance, and reviewed continuously so the desk always looks — and behaves — the way your executive team expects.

/ FAQ · Corporate Security
Questions clients keep asking.
- Q · 01
Can your officers operate our access-control system?
Yes. We train on Kastle, C-Cure, Genetec, Lenel and most enterprise access-control platforms before any officer is posted to your lobby.
- Q · 02
Do you provide bilingual (English/French) corporate officers in Ottawa?
Yes. Ottawa and Cornwall tenants routinely require bilingual capability. We roster accordingly.
- Q · 03
Can you cover lockdown drills?
Yes. We participate in tenant lockdown drills, produce written after-action reports, and integrate lessons learned into your post order.
- Q · 04
How do you handle visitor management?
Every visitor is pre-authorised in your system before arrival. On arrival, ID is verified, badge is issued, escort is arranged where required.
- Q · 05
Do you cover boardroom events?
Yes. AGMs, board meetings and executive retreats routinely receive supplemental discreet coverage on top of the standing officer detail.
