ConciergeSecurity

Front desks that greet, verify and protect.

/ Concierge Security

What it is. What it is not.

A concierge desk is the most visible line item on your condo corporation's annual budget. It is also the single most impactful driver of resident experience. Ontario Security Services trains concierge officers for the exact standard your board demands — hospitality-first, security-second, always uniformed, always documented.

From luxury residential towers in Yorkville and King West to condominium boards across Vaughan, Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington, from purpose-built rental portfolios to premium commercial addresses across the GTA, our concierge officers hold PSISA licences, complete resident-facing hospitality training, and operate written post orders that align to every by-law and by-standard your building enforces.

The Ontario concierge market is competitive. Buildings differentiate themselves on the polish of the officer at the desk. We recruit for polish, we train for polish, and we audit for polish — because we know what your prospective residents notice within five seconds of stepping off the elevator.

Yes. Every parcel is logged, photographed at intake and the resident is notified through your building's preferred channel.

  • Q · 02

Can concierge officers operate the fire panel?

Yes. All concierge officers are trained to Ontario Fire Code fire-warden standards and can supervise the fire panel during and after an event.

  • Q · 03

    Do you handle amenity bookings?

Yes. Party rooms, gyms, guest suites and elevator bookings for moves are all coordinated through the concierge desk under a written procedure.

  • Q · 04

The resident is called through your visitor management system. Officers do not admit any guest without explicit resident confirmation.

  • Q · 05

    Do you cover 24-hour concierge?

Yes. Overnight concierge officers hold the same licensing and training as day-shift staff, with additional lock-up procedures.
